Frequently Asked Questions

How long until my order ships?

Every item is made to order, so production happens after you check out, not before. Most designs are printed within 1–5 business days depending on the product, then handed to a carrier for delivery. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because everything is printed specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes — check our Size Guide before you order to get it right the first time. That said, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or wrong, we'll replace it at no cost. See our full Refund Policy for details.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, we treat it as lost in transit and ship a free replacement — no need to wait it out or chase down the carrier yourself.

How do I know what size to order?

Fit varies by blank — some of our tees run boxy and oversized, others run true to size. Check our Size Guide for garment-specific notes before ordering.

How should I care for my WDC gear?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry — high heat is the enemy of any printed graphic. Skip the fabric softener, and avoid ironing directly over a print.

Where do the designs come from?

Every graphic in the Archive is original artwork developed in-house around each Series' theme — nothing licensed, nothing generic clip art. New designs get added in waves as each Series grows.
