Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Production
Every item at Wilderness Design Company is printed specifically for you after you place your order — we don't hold pre-made inventory. Because of this, your order ships in two stages: production, then transit.

Production Times
Standard tees and apparel: 2–5 business days in production before your order ships.
Select fast-turn items: 1–3 business days in production before your order ships.
Production times are estimates and can run slightly longer during high-volume periods, such as holidays, promotions, or new collection launches.

Transit Times
Once your order ships, domestic (U.S.) transit typically adds 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves production. If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email support@wildernessdesigncompany.com with your order number and we will process a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to an address error entered at checkout, but email us at support@wildernessdesigncompany.com and we'll do what we can to help.
